What do you add to your community
These last few months there seems to be a common theme going around, how do we give back to the community? Giving back should be common, and we should be very willing to give back to our communties, and those who serve. It is a great thing to see so many people in so many different places that want to get on the band wagon. I know we live in different times with a sluggish economy, but we have a choice and we can help those in need. It does not always mean giving money, which is a need, but it can mean simply giving of our time to help someone or a family. This is the best way to show we care, so if you want to give back and are not sure how, maybe check with a local church, or chamber of commerce to see if there are any soup kitchens in your community, childrens homes, and more. Another way is check with local schools for needy families. If giving back becomes our priority, then we can always find a way and someone to help.
I think this is a great thing for us to think about in these trying times whether we are in Fayetteville, Raeford, Parkton, or a big city such as New York. We have to focus on something so why not make it something good, and help those in need, or give back to those who serve, to show our appreciation.

Hey! A little about my background and how I became a real estate Broker. Originally born in Marietta, GA (suburb of Atlanta, GA) I had moved around for the first 5 years up and down the east coast. My parents settled in Liverpool, NY (Suburb of Syracuse, NY). I met my husband in NY and soon found myself in a new city (Fayetteville, NC) with out friends and family....typical beginning of a young army wife life.
